BSA Celtic Player Registration Forms

Once you have been selected to a BSA Celtic team, please download and review the forms below. You will need to complete the forms and bring them to your first team meeting along with your payment.

Note: You are not required to order new uniforms this year unless you are a new player or team. You may order additional items or replacement items for clothes you have outgrown.
