  • Haunted Trail Update
Beavercreek Soccer Association (BSA) sponsors a Haunted Trail as a fund raiser. All proceeds support BSA and the soccer fields. The haunted trail is designed to be fun, entertaining and exciting for our children (parents can have fun too). The haunted trail is open the first four week ends in October. The haunted trail is broken into two parts, kid friendly and scary. The event is conducted at the John Ankeney Soccer Complex, 505 S Orchard Lane, Beavercreek, Ohio 45434.

The kid friendly trail is performed by volunteers only. It is designed to have nothing frighting or scary. This trail is one hour and in daylight (6:30 to 7:30pm). The kid friendly requires parent support to act as the various characters. We encourage others to participate to include children 12 year old and older or service organization such as honor society, soccer players, scouts, etc. For these organizations we do offer service hours. See our volunteer list below for the various volunteer requirements. Admission is $5 and takes about 20 to 25 minutes to navigate.

The scary trail is designed to scare and provide spine tingling terror. We use the Triumph LARP (live action actors) to provide the terror. This is not for the faint of heart. The props and acting will have you screaming and tense. The scary trail operates night time (8 to 11pm) and admission is $8. It takes about 25 to 30 minutes to navigate the trail.

The volunteer list for the child-friendly are as follows:

    1. Ticket booth two people from 6:15 to 11PM.
    2. Parking two people from 6:15 to 11PM.
    3. Maze starter one person from 6:30 to 11PM.
    4. Concession stand two people from 6:15 to 11PM.
    5. Kid friendly actors ten to fifteen people from 6:15 to 7:45PM.

Volunteers may sign up at the concession stand during normal games times or contact Peggy Mangan at 429-5504 after 7PM.
