RegistrationRegistration continues for the Fall 2008/Spring 2009 season. Though the Fall 2008 Guaranteed Play Date has past, Registration Status below shows that all Leagues are still open, so please do not hesitate to send in your registrations. The objective is to provide as many youth the opportunity to play soccer as possible. For more information, download the registration form below. Please note that on-line registration will not be available this year so please go ahead and send in a paper registration if you have not done so already.
Registration InfoIn order that your child is placed in the most appropriate league, carefully review the following information before you register. Soccer players are assigned to leagues according to grade and gender, not necessarily by school (see chart below).

Coed League Grade Game Days
K League Kindergarten M, T, W or Th and Sat
(The player must be 5 years old by 9/30/08 to enroll for the fall season or by 3/30/09 for the spring season.)
NOTE: Starting in the first grade, girls have their choice of playing in either the coed or girls leagues. Please note that your daughter may be the only girl on her team in a coed league.

A1 League 1st grade M or W or Th and Sat A2 League 2nd grade M or W or Th and Sat B League 3rd – 4th grade T or Th and Sat C League 5th - 6th grade T and Sat D League 7th – 9th grade M or W and Sat J League 9th – 12th grade Mon and Wed
NOTE: 9th Graders can select either D or J League

GUARANTEED PLACEMENT DATES: For guaranteed placement on a team, registrations must be postmarked by July 14, 2008 for the Fall season or by February 28, 2009 for the Spring season.
FALL 2008 SCHEDULE: Saturday September 6 thru Saturday October 18. Expect a coach to contact players by late August.
PLAY WITH REQUESTS: The BSA will try to accommodate one request to play with another child if space allows and each requests the other. The requests must be reciprocal. Requests for coaches may be considered but will not be guaranteed.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be issued after the player completes their first game. Requests for refunds must be in writing and sent to the Registrar.
PLEASE VOLUNTEER: The Beavercreek Soccer Association is a private organization and is run by its volunteers and parents. Hundreds of people are needed to operate and maintain this program which continues to grow every year. You are joining the finest and largest soccer program in the area (over 1700 enrolled players). The BSA depends on parents to support this fine program by volunteering their time in various capacities throughout the soccer seasons.
